Rekha Patel

Managing Partner, has over 25 years experience of negotiating ISDA/CSA, GMRA/MRA, Securities Lending/GMSLA, Prime Brokerage and FX Master Agreements. Rekha started her career in the derivatives industry in 1986 and has since worked for many leading financial institutions both in the UK and USA including: Continental Bank, Bank of America, Barclays Bank PLC, Tokai International, RBS, Nomura International, Lehman Brothers, FleetBoston Financial and KBC Financial Products. Most recently, Rekha held the position of Global Head of Documentation in the Legal Department where she was responsible for worldwide negotiation of all derivative and fixed income master negotiations for both KBC Financial Products and KBC AIM Alternative Investment Management Ltd.

Jonathan Martin

Managing Partner, has over 15 year's experience of derivatives documentation negotiation. Jonathan has worked for some of the worlds leading financial institutions including Barclays, Nomura and ING. Jonathan held the position of Global Head of Derivatives Confirmation in his most recent role. Jonathan is considered an expert in ISDA Documentation for Equity, Credit, FX and Interest Rate derivatives.

Joseph Musto

Managing Partner, has over 16 years experience of derivatives documentation, trade support, P&L analysis and client services. Since 1995 Joseph has worked for Paloma, Chase Manhattan Bank, and WestDeutsche Landesbank Girocentrale. Joseph held the position of North American Head of Middle Office in his most recent role. He was most recently responsible for new business implementation, managing daily controls and processes, and reporting on Key Risk Indicators "KRI" and Key Performance Indicators "KPI" to senior management.

Dean S. Betzios

Managing Partner, has over 16 years of operational and corporate accounting experience in the following industries; Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Manufacturing, and trading groups that include Listed trading, Block trading, OTC trading, ADRs and Soft Dollars. In 2006, Dean formed Recruiting Consultants, a boutique New York City based consulting and recruiting firm, that provides highly skilled accounting and finance professionals on a consulting or permanent basis. Prior to forming Recruiting Consultants Dean was a Vice President at UBS Wealth Management in their Private Equity and Partnership group, working with Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments. Dean also worked at Paine Webber in the Global Equity division prior to their merger with UBS. Dean began working in financial services in the Corporate Accounting division at CDC North America.
